"One of my best experiences. Friendly staff, cozy and clean room with a spectacular mountain view. The only drawback was the steep streets leading to the property, but the vehicle they provide for guests made our stay much better. I would definitely return to this charming hotel."

Phenomenal breakfast with friendly servers. Great location that is a short walk to the city center and train station (though transit is provided by the hotel). Overall it was a great stay and we would stay here again on our next trip to Zermatt."
