「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. So we pressed the bell but after almost 10min no one answered. We saw...

Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean. 」
