"The staff was very helpful, we arrived late at 9pm, We had reserved a renovated large room and they were able to upgrade to a room with air conditioning. It had a wonderful Lake view from the bed and balcony. And a brand new large bathroom, 12ft high ceilings, still in its original state. It was exactly what we were looking for. A very heritage building. Only thing, no coffee machine in the room, but amenities downstairs were excellent, and wonderful coffee and service, I brought it up to the room, then we would go down for breakfast. Restaurants were very nice, helpful staff and good food. I recommend this hotel."

"A lovely old world hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. We had dinner at the restaurant— also great. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options were wonderful to start the day with. The location and shuttle to and from the train station for arrival/departure is very convenient. The views, the bar, the onsite restaurant. All wonderful. Would easily come back here."

"The place is amazing, staff is great and locations is perfect. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning. We spent there a weekend during the heat wave and it is brutal to sleep even with the fan provided by them."
