Room was in good condition however it was a disabled room that was not advised on booking. There was an intermittent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were all lovely. The family room was great and had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean too. Fantastic location in centre of Harrogate. It was built in the 1700’s so you must embrace its age and character.
