「This is the third occasion we have stayed at The Recruiting Sergeant and hopefully it won't be the last. We received a prompt and friendly check-in on arrival and were shown to our first-floor room which was a good size, as was the bathroom. Both were spotless and were kept that way for the duration of our 4 night stay. Overlooking the road caused us no concerns. Great choice of good quality food for breakfast and we had our evening meal there on 3 of the 4 nights. Superb choice of food and wine...

「We stayed at this hotel for one night in August, the room was lovely and comfortable and they were able to accommodate our 2 children on Z-Beds in the same room- this was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, lovely ladies serving the breakfast too. The swimming pool is such a lovely addition, heated to a nice temperature. We will definitely be coming back! 」

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! 「We stayed in Holly Room at Holly Lodge , it was an amazing experience from start to finish !!! The check was so simple even in the dark at a very late hour Our room and facilities within the room were stunning 😍 The service the following morning was 2nd to none and the food , presentation was perfect and so tasty . The gardens were so pretty , wild but very well maintained. Coedy was so lovely as were all the staff ... i loved the open plan kitchen area ! the little snug was stunning id...
