「Good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Air con/heating. Convenient store on corner. This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a floor of a building converted into rooms. This did not bother us. We had noisy neighbours one night which may indicate thin walls. Take ear plugs.」

「The rooms were very clean. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us call and book local Bulgarian restaurants. The hotel is located next to a convenient metro stop and we were easily able to get around the city. 」

「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming.
The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart.
Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Fantastic hotel, definitely recommend. Good location, walking distance to all the sights and main metro station (which brings you directly to/from the airport), very nice and well designed rooms, clean and new, good toilettries, and the best part - an excellent breakfast buffet, with mixed options including some typical bulgarian foods. Folks at reception were really kind and helpful too.」
