「What a fantastic stay at a great place with a lovely host. I couldn't have asked for a better two nights in Sofia. I'm sad that I found stay longer! The host was so kind, informative, and passionate about helping his guests. The space was functional and comfortable.」

「 Perfect Location & Clean Room」

「Located near to a number of trams, and the M4 metro, which goes directly to the airport. Neighbourhood has shops, restaurants and other amenities which is helpful. Hotel is really clean, and quiet, with a good breakfast offering. The balcony was a nice touch and bed was comfy. Would definitely stay here again」

「Very nice, extraordinary place. Lydia who took care of my reservation and my stay there was super nice and made sure my stay was stress free and comfortable. Big recommendation.」

「We were delayed checking in, but the late night receptionist patiently waited for us to arrive. The hotel was a little difficult to spot, as it has a rather small and discrete facade (especially difficult night-time). Parking was in a quite narrow space, but right outside the hotel entrance. The room was in a classic dark brown style, but very nice and clean. Our double room had bathroom, bedroom and a small living room with a tiny TV. The AC was vey comfortable and efficient.」

「I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.」

「Perfect location」

「客房乾淨清潔,櫃台反應服務良好,但其中有一位員工似乎不清楚訂房條件,其餘都很友善」

「Good location」

「The best part is the massage Room have a bad smell and nosiy from rootop bar.」

「The room is spacious and very clean with modern design, thoughtfully equipped with all necessary amenities, nice view and quiet. Very comfortable pillow and bed. The hotel is close to metro station and walking distance to city centre, yet not many decent options of food in the neighbourhood. The breakfast is average and slow replenishment of food. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.」
