I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

「The stay was most pleasant. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything needed. It is in a quiet area but near everything. The gentleman in the front desk is extremely professional. The only thing I missed was access to a microwave and a self laundry room. They do your laundry for a fee and it is fast. 」
