「1. I book the transportation service for two person with confirmation from the hotel.But when I landed in Sofia I waited in the airport for half an hour.Nobody waiting in the airport as promised by hotel.We I go outside of the airport,I saw the car of the hotel.The driver told me the reservation has been canceled.He had to pick up a group..So I could only a terrible old taxi to hotel.And the hotel charge me 24 euro in total!!When I checking,I asked the reason why the hotel did not inform me in...

I stayed in the Loft Studio and absolutely loved everything about it—from the layout to the finishes, it was beautifully done and incredibly comfortable. 「Smooth check-in, free bottled water, capsule coffee, tea and snacks. Great location, close to restaurants and supermarket. Sound insulation is not good but acceptable.」

「We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
