Modern, stylish building within walking distance of Sofia’s city centre, shops, and restaurants. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully restocked with water and coffee each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious feel. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent coffee, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia. Bonus points for its convenient location - just a five-minute walk from the subway with a direct line to the airport.

Overall it was a nice hotel. The room was fine, spacious and clean. It was close enough to walk to the centre of Sofia, about a 40 minute walk, and there were sone reasonable places to eat nearby. I did have to go and buy black teabags and milk for my room, as they generally only supply coffee or herbal tea, neither of which I drink. There was a fridge in the room. The only disappointment was that I got up to have breakfast early on Saturday, as I had a tour planned, only to be told breakfast was not served until 08.30, so I had to go without. Weedays it is served between 07.00 and 09.30.

We received correct, polite service. The entire hotel was clean and modern, the room was spacious and well equipped and of course spotlessly clean. I would most likely choose Aurora on a repeat visit to Sofia.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The location was a short twenty minute walk to many tourist attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and willing to help with all of my needs be it recommendations of local restaurants or shopping needs (food, liquor or pharmacies). Unfortunately their bar was not available due to not receiving their liquor license yet but I’m sure that will be rectified soon. I would definitely stay there again and am looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent choice

A little difficult to find but well worth it. Never been in a car in a lift before but that’s how you access the underground car park. Wow. The hotel was renovated very nicely and it was very quiet with lovely staff.
