Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎

Rako Hananoi Hotel
Not good. Breakfast was not good. Had meal from convenient store instead of hotel. All payment has done when I booked but hotel tried to charge tax when I check out. Terrible!

Absolutely amazing experience. The room had a Onsen bath on the balcony overlooking the lake. The service included dinner and breakfast in a private room with amazing local food and a lovely waitress who spoke decent English and explained every dish to us.
