Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎

Kamisuwa Onsen Hotel Shinyu
The hotel is well located at lake front, although our room was on the lower floor and the view was a bit blocked by the fence outside the windows.
