We managed to get an upgrade for a small cost and the staff and hotel were very accommodating. The hotel was very easy to find and well located, the amenities were great and checkout was very easy

Clean, quiet, nice views of the city and surrounding mountains. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Beds are hard.
