「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The grounds were lovely and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a school group there that were rather loud, but not the fault of the hotel. Our biggest issue was that the rooms have frosted doors that let the light from the hallway into the room, so the room was quite bright at night, when we would have preferred to have it darker. 」

「The property is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained. Our room had mosquitos and we got bit the first night. The next morning, they fumigated the room while we left for an hour. There were still mosquitos in the room that night. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday night. The boating amenities to Gilligan's Island were not available on our full day there, Tuesday. 「La estadía fue sumamente incómoda, la música era demasiado intensa e incómoda. Estaba en el piso 5, anotación 537 y fue sumamente desagradable. No se puede descansar en el hotel, el motivo principal de la estadía era para descansar y desconectar, pero el bullicio era sumamente desagradable. Realmente no volvería!!! No lo recomiendo si lo que quieres es descansar, no tienen control en los ascensores, jóvenes marcando todos los botones , una eternidad poder subir al cuarto. La seguridad es...

「Agradecida por todo. A mi hija y a mi nos encantó la estadía en Hacienda Tres Casitas. Todo muy tranquilo y relajante. Cuando entramos a la Casita el aroma fue muy bueno. Todo muy acogedor. El personal en el desayuno fue muy amable y los desayunos muy ricos.」
