trips, and by far this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again."

"As far as value for money, this is a great choice. The facilities are old so a bit more difficult to keep super clean. Also could use some additional electrical outlets so customers do not have to unplug the lamps to plug in chargers, etc. They do have a pool that is clean but old. It took me 2 days of occasional walks to find the pool and the pool can be crowded in early morning. I like the mix of clientele which is national and international. I would stay here again."

The wall is awful and the bed spread was never been change it was smell like someone slobber so discussing. For the price $20.00 dollar I rather ho to Fave hotel another $10.00 dollar more for better quality. The only great about it is the location."
