A hotel with superb staff at a great location

We stayed for 3 nights for family trips, and by far this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again.

Hotel is connected to the mall and that’s a huge plus for us. We upgraded from premium room to a suite at check in and we loved it. Room was spacious allowing ample space for my active toddler to move about. I initially wanted to go to reception to ask for late check out after breakfast but a staff who came to our table, Swara was very lovely and extended our checkout time to 2pm without even me asking. She gave so much attention to my picky eater toddler and I’m impressed that my toddler ate so well here. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff, clean and closed to the shopping centre and restaurants. What I don't like about this property, the lobby is not in the first/ground floor. You need to go to different floor to reach the lobby from entrance floor.

Pro-tips, it's difficult trying to find the tunnel that connects the hotel to the mall. Your best shot is to just find Sogo, exit the mall, and walk back to the entrance of the hotel.
