「I booked this hotel over others or an Airbnb for several reasons - breakfast provided, AC, and the cleaning service. The breakfast was very lacking, minimal options. The AC was not working - it was consistently 75 degrees in our room despite the AC turned on blowing air constantly. Our hotel door room did not lock/the card reader did not work so anyone could walk in if the deadbolt was not turned. 「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter.」

「This place was super cute and full of character. Tucked into the mountains, but easily accessible. There is a general store across the street. The lady that checked me in was very nice. The lounge was rustic and inviting and was stocked with games and a pool table. They have indoor hot tubs (which I sadly didnt have time to use). My room was clean and comfortable. Free waffles and coffee for breakfast! I'm not sure when I will be back through the area, but I know where to stay when I do.」
