"Our room we booked had a slight chemical odor(I think from cleaning products). We called down to the front desk and Jack took care of us promptly! We were moved to another room right away and was very pleased with our new room. Jack was very professional and very accommodating. Jack made our stay terrific!"

"This hotel was probably one of tbe absolute best Ive ever stayed in. The 530 "KickOff" was amazing and the room was clean. However what really put this place over the top was the staff. Ive never seen such friendly, kind, and caring people all in one place. We had such a wonderful stay!"
