「The rooms was not senior citizen friendly, not seating(chairs), bathroom area not cleaned and floor dirty. 」

「The property was dated, my bathroom was dirty and the door did not close. Floor in our room was dirty as well as the knob of the door. Had white powder all over. Beds were very squeaky so was hard to sleep if you moved any. 」

「Absolutely loved our two bedroom. The ocean view was great with direct access from the end of the parking lot. I loved that you can set the air to different temps throughout the house per room. Everything is very quiet all the time. One negative thing I can say is the internet works poorly, I called to let them know it was messed up, they did send someone but by the time they got there it started working again. It was in and out our whole week there, also it would not connect to the tv. 」

「Floors were sticky wasn’t clean. The hallways were not vacuumed and smelled dirty mixed with febreze Something big and black scurried under our refrigerator. We checked out a day early. Will not be back. 」

「The ocean views were nice. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant were really nice. The room was clean but our bathroom sink was clogged from day one. Also the heating in our room was super loud. Overall, the hotel was overpriced for what it was. 」

「No water pressure in the room, bed was a sack of bricks. incredibly uncomfortable. I got charged way more than I should have for the room. Overall horrible experience. I do not recommend this place」

「Staff was rude and offered no help in finding our room. The woman checking us in just said you are on the 12 floor said our room number would be on the booklet she gave us. It was not we had to go back in. Thankful an older lady helped usher to our room. Would not stay here again. 」

「They were doing some off season renovations so it wasn’t what I expected. The room was clean and I wasn’t really bothered by the renovations. Nice place to stay.」

「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...
