「The service was great from the front desk all the way to the cleaning. Really organized and staff was always on point. Around the pool there was no crazy stuff because its under control so for a family is great. Loved the shows and the kids loved the soap. Easy access to the beach and to the rooms and to the parking. Breakfast was plenty and plenty of coffee and juice for the kids. Give it a 5 stars and will be my return point for sure! 」

「The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. Mattress was extremely soft. Location is very convenient...
