「Clean room on suite shower opposite a very nice bar, close to local parks and seafront and not to far from the centre there’s a supermarket a few minutes walk」

「The room was dirty, freezing cold with a broken blow heater. Bath room door falling apart, carpet dirty all round dissatisfyin.」

「My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest. 」
