"Very basic lodging. Bed, AC, refrigerator. Rooms are not the cleanest and lots of sketchy people that stay here. We were asked by multiple women who were begging for money or tried to enter our room"

"Booked a non smoking room that horrendously wreaked of smoke, there was a bunch of what appeared to be homeless people that hung out in the parking lot, and the ac in the room stopped working and I was told there is no maintenance worker available or any other rooms available neither. I will never stay here again and would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody ever."

"A suite with too small a fridge and bathroom counter. HVAC fan and bathroom exhaust fan very loud. Staff excellent. Breakfast on of the better I've had at a similar hotel"

" I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Check-in was disorganized and I was asked to leave and come back because no rooms were available, only to return and have the front desk not even remember speaking with me. The room itself had a very unpleasant odor and felt like it had only been quickly put together. I also paid for late checkout until noon, yet housekeeping entered the room around 10:30 AM while my family was in the room and I was making my way back from the pool with my son. As I approached my door to put in the code it did not work so I stopped her at the bottom of the stairs to ask if the code had changed and mentioned I had late check out. Of course she hardly spoke English so the only thing I understood was, if I had late check out the code should be the same as before. But it was not, I couldn’t get back into my room. Thankfully the rest of my family was still in the room to let me in. Overall the stay felt poorly managed and unprofessional. If check in didn’t happen so late I would have not stayed and would have asked for a refund. I simply wasn’t in the headspace to be going back and fourth to demand that refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"Convenient parking. Nice outdoor pool area. Our room had a kitchenette, which we didn’t need, but worked out since we had dinner leftovers to reheat. The plate was still soiled from the last guest. Floors need a regular mopping as our feet/socks turned black from them. We had been on the road for a month and this was by far the most expensive hotel and most disappointing. Husband also said breakfast was not great either. "
