「Please provide a simple breakfast for such a high room price!」

「The hotel is very basic, but we felt it was perfect for our one night stay in Nashville. There were some cosmetic issues in our room but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There are fun bars and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We caught the tail end of an act at the Texas Troubadour. He was an Elvis impersonator and so entertaining to watch. The couple who manage the place are so much fun to talk to. 」

「I paid for 2 nights for my stay and in the morning I received a phone call saying the staff removed my items from the room because the booking only showed I had reservations for a single night. How things could go blatantly wrong is beyond me! I’m a rare coin dealer that was in town on business, so luckily I had my cash and rare coins with me when the staff removed all my items from the room. Someone needs to be accountable for this!」

「The only thing missing was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable and convenient to the Grand Ole Opry.」

「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「We liked the hot breakfast, although they could mix it up a little. Maybe bacon instead of sausage on some days. Also really liked having a shuttle service to downtown (for $10). Close to Grand ole Opry.」
