「The front desk lady was the best. She was super professional and stern at the same time. You can tell she had experience in the business. The location is great since it's a block from Fremont Street, but at the same time there is lots of shady dealings in both parking lots and surrounding areas. I felt safe but not too safe leaving my car across the street. Overall great place for the price. 」

「The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay. They were so good that I reserved the penthouse for another whole week in the future, before I even left the property.
