"Overall, the experience was great. We booked a soccer weekend trip at The Whaler; customer service was helpful, esp when the original door code would not work. Condo was clean; sand on the floor but not more than what I’d expect from a condo on the beach. Some minor facial things could be updated (few paint spots, furniture with chipped paint), but nothing really to complain about. Comfortable rooms, well set up, everything worked as expected. Great view. Would definitely book again."

"Great location, and excellent room too! Check-in was easy and communication from the front office was awesome. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, but won’t be the last. Really enjoyed the views, and local dining options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony, while overlooking the beach and ocean.
