「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

「La chambre était impeccable et très agréable avec la terrasse avec vue sur le vignoble. La salle de bain était très bien également, très propre ! Léger bémol sur le fait que tout est écrit en allemand partout, très peu de choses sont écrites en anglais (et rien en français). Même la carte du restaurant n’existe pas dans une autre langue que l’allemand donc on a tout traduit avec nos téléphones. Sinon tout le personnel est adorable et fait de son mieux pour parler anglais. Un très bel hôtel que...

「Near to the center and Xmas markets. Hotel is good and clean. From the train station to the hotel need 15 to 20 minutes walk, it was rainy on the days so is difficult. Staffs are friendly, luggage storing is provided. Staff not familiar with the Flexbus from Freiburg to Colmar, better can have the transportation information for assisting Customers.」

The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」
