「The breakfast buffet is the best, it's worth staying here just for that. Rooms are ok, need renovating. Very noisy so bring ear plugs with you to sleep. Lovely staff and overall a great hotel will be back again.」

「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」
