「We checked in after the motel closed 」

「Can't beat the location of this motel, right on the main road with great restaurants, attractions, etc. within walking distance. Perfect spot to begin acclimating for mountain trips. Bed was comfy and the host was very helpful with recommendations. Should be noted that some photos in the listing are of the rental house and some of the motel, so be sure you're booking the space you want. 」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and felt safe. The hotel is close enough to the highway for easy access while also being in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast seemed pretty standard. I went to the breakfast area to look but we ate leftovers from the night before. 」

「We really loved our stay! It is a beautiful spot and the home is well built in the high winds. We had a few small issues we noticed and the hosts were quick to take care of them while we were there. We did not quite realize the altitude was as high as it was, (we were coming from 1,000 feet) but the view and beauty made it worth it. The sauna, hot tub and wood stove were all wonderful ways to stay warm in the chilly winter. 」

「It was a really cute, quaint cabin. My only complaint is that the the walls are thin and we could hear every conversation, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. 」

「Yes, noisey air conditioner, mid city grill food below Average. Lousy internet reception and not much to watch on tv. Hallway to the rooms smelled like Liquor.」

「Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available. We then tried the pool where there was a heck of a party going on. The pool was cloudy, and I kid you not, as I'm getting ready to step into the water with my sons I...

「Staff is amazing. Was hard to keep my husband out of the warm cookies every night. Breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of foods. Always had hot coffee day or night. Room was immaculate. No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!」
