"Everything is perfect except for two things: no water bottles in the fridge. No hand sanitizer in the gym. Otherwise, I absolutely love the place. "

"Room was nice and spacious, probably more than we needed for a 1 night stay! Conveniently located to the things we were there for. The hallway to the room is long and dimly lit so my husband got a little claustrophobic. Once we figured out that the parking garage entrance was a few doors away it solved the problem. The patio off the room was a nice touch. Our only complaint was that the bed seemed to dip in the middle, so much so that it made getting out of bed an event. Other than that it was great and we would definitely consider staying here again the next time we go to Charlotte. "
