「Great property 」

「Grounds were beautiful. Beach view and access great. Quality of condo was in need of refreshing. Some broken doors, and in need of repair. The condo was clean.」

「The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.」

「We did not have beach view and parking was very easy. Room was clean but they are going through a severe bug problem from the Maui floods, its not their fault and the staff was very kind and changed us to a better room. 」

「Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

「Very clean: rooms,bathrooms, rec area and Kitchen. Every morning therewas fresh coffee and Sara made delicious chocolate chip pancakes. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay there again!!」

「If you are looking for a budget-friendly stay in Maui, choose here! I am not a fan of fancy hotels or resorts and I like to travel to destinations where I'm exploring, not stay in the rooms. As long as a I have a room to sleep in, shower, has a microwave, working fan/AC/heat and it is affordable, I am content. This place always has parking in their lot. Small room but it's perfect for 2 people to stay in. It's next to the airport! It's a perfect location. I would come again and stay here.」

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...
