「House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. 」

「Very good customer service, helpful and always available to help. Room is comfortable but I do want to say they need to keep the hot water on. I arrived late at night and took a shower, and it was killer cold the water. Not use to that. I always use this hotel when I travel thru San Juan and that is the only downside to the stay. 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay! Ricardo, Donna, Joseph, and the entire family were incredibly accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The views are absolutely stunning. While the steep driveway was a bit nerve-wracking at first, once you conquer that initial fear, it’s a breeze! You can tell the property was once a truly magnificent estate. 「This is a fantastic hotel, that is in a secluded spot in the country. Twenty minutes from airport, Old San Juan and ocean. The rooms were spotless and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would strongly recommend staying at this wonderful place」
