「The room was comfy but it had no fridge. The property is conveniently located to food and activities. The staff was very nice. We checked out a day early because there was a roaring sound over our room and my girlfriend had trouble sleeping.」

「Complicated check in . Over 15 bags of trash on the porch that stayed there my entire stay. FILTHY BEDDING . FILTHY CURTAINS. NEVER AGAIN . And there was a room in the building full of teenage kids “hanging out” 」

「We stayed on the 9th floor for a dance convention weekend. First night we didn’t have hot water for a shower and we noticed a few bugs in the room (thought maybe it was from food delivery??). Morning of check out, I found a small roach on our sink while packing up. Sink didn’t drain properly either. I did disclose this at time of check out. If we stayed longer I would 100% changed rooms. Stayed here previously without issues so this was surprising. 」

「Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!」

「I truly advise spending a bit more money and staying elsewhere. This is beyond a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of experience. The worst issue with this entire experience is that the cleaning crew was not made aware of my late checkout that was verified and came into the room without knocking as I was undressed.. Before my arrival I asked about an early check in and was not given a clear answer so I was waiting outside the property for a response as there is no type of front desk which is fine...
