No fridge (though available on request), no phone in the room, need your smart phone and their app to open and close the window shade, housekeeping every 3rd or 4th day, view from the room was only an alley and the back yards of some old houses, no comfortable chairs, 3 small drawers, cable tv did not work reliably and they didn't have anyone to fix it, and didn't seem to care. No complimentary breakfast. Pricey for what you get. On the other hand, beds and pillows were very comfortable, the place was clean and quiet, and the location in the museum district is great. "

"The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and a beautiful space overall. However, we did run into an issue with the hot water. The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely. "
