「The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse...

「This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. 「First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!」

「The place was modern and clean. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and met our needs for maintaining our electronic devices. I didn't feel like I had to inspect the beds before sitting on them. The shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced before we arrived.」
