「Nice hotel with reasonable rate」

「Our room was comfortable. We were originally assigned a 2nd floor room but because of our amount of luggage traveling from Florida and a family member with CP we asked for a first floor. They worked to accommodate us and were very kind about doing it. The room was clean, bathroom clean, breakfast good and staff very helpful. Beds were very comfortable as well」

「The grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, for a five star hotel I expected the shower in our room to be larger than a shower in an RV. Also, we had to request that the vent in the bathroom be cleaned bc there was a quarter inch of dust and mildew on the vent. We also had to call and request that our room be cleaned and to get clean linens. Even though the hotel had rooms available perhaps due to the blanket of smoke, we were charged twice the amount for two days as if there...

「The room we stayed in was decent size, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the pull out couch had a giant stain on the mattress. The carpet is full of stains, the bathtub had hair in it from previous people, they never restocked the towels before our stay and left the dirty towels in the bathroom from the previous people. The bathroom tiles were also coming off the floor. For the price they charge the rooms should be clean and in better condition.」
