「Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen...

「廚房餐具很齊全，連洗碗機都有，缺點是油煙機出風口只用一張濾紙過濾，並沒有通風管往外抽，煮飯還是要開窗通風.路邊停車免費，但要早點到，飯店也提供停車位，但數量有限，是否收費，要問服務人員. 離地鐵公車也很近，附近也有大型超市可買食材.暖氣很給力，是地暖，浴室也有晾衣的暖氣架，總體95分，夏天來要看看有沒有冷氣，因為沒看到.」

「We stayed four nights in a room with balc9ny and kitchen but with no bkf. The room is big and tidy. One if the two lifts was out of order during our period. Parking spaces are limited and we had to park elsewhere. Close to tourist spots.」

「The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor...
