We just had a few issues which made it not so great. - steam room was out of order - ran out of towels as the hotel was let down by their linen company (but should have contingency) - strange process for accessing spa which means relinquishing your room key for a spa key but the reception is NOT close to the spa and you have to walk round ‘pool ready’ which is very inappropriate - the fan in the bathroom is so loud it kept us...
