"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"Really liked this hotel. Location was perfect and hotel was well appointed and very comfortable. The only negative we had was, as older people, having to take a detour to get an elevator down (escalator up, long staircase down) and one day both available elevators were out of order!"

"We stayed here last weekend for 3 nights. Great location, lovely property and great room. Staff were exceptionally friendly, talkative and helpful. We did not have breakfast at nearly £60 per couple per day. There are loads of options very close by. Highly recommended."

"Air conditioning was broken for room 116. Technician was not available. Cannot be transferred to another room as they were fully booked. No one was sent up or was available to check. Reception suggested we open the windows, which we did. They are actually somewhat doors that can be partially opened to an inaccesible balcony. As we were on the 1st floor, we can definitely hear the traffic, and usual london noise - vehicles and sirens. However, late in the evening the alarm of the car parked literally outside the hotel went on and on for about half an hour. At dawn, a man was heard shouting and woke us up. Overall, a very unrestful evening. Well done to the staff at during breakfast - they were a joy to meet early in the morning when we were not in the right frame of mind. Very polite, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good as well. Reception was as expected and assisted with storing our luggage for a few hours post check-out time."

"Didn't enjoy, check in process cumbersome, the room they gave me had an uneven slopes floor, bed was sloped at an angle. They did move me to another room. "

"St. David's Hotel in Paddington was a great stay! Very convenient to public transport and walkable to Hyde Park area, lots of restaurants and shops around - specifically Paramount a Lebanese restaurant with "world famous hummus" that lives up to its name! The hotel is very clean and rooms and beds are comfortable - it does not have air con, so warmer months might be hard and unfortunately no lift either, so heavy packers beware! Staff are super friendly and welcome - we will definitely be back to stay again when in London!"
