"The hotel is definitely in need of renovation. Furniture, carpets, draperies all in need of replacement. The pool was out of service. Their employees were all wonderful. Lucy in the breakfasr room, the maintenance gentlemen from Dominican *sorry don't remember his name, and everyone on the front desk deserve 5 stars. Due to the condition of the rooms I probably would not book here again."

"I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback regarding my experience. I found the food options to be quite disappointing, especially the limited breakfast selection. On the first day, there was only bread, butter, jam, and cereal available. The second day was particularly disappointing as there were no homemade fries offered, and I noticed the absence of any fresh fruits throughout my stay. Additionally, the toaster took an excessive amount of time to toast bread, which added to the frustration during breakfast. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed for most of my stay, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to. The elevator was also quite slow, making it inconvenient to move about the hotel. Overall, my stay did not meet my expectations in relation to the price I paid. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements."

"I stayed here for about a month and overall had a very good experience. The customer service was excellent, the facilities were well maintained, and they were especially accommodating with pets, which made a long stay much easier. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, breakfast is average, the beds are decent, and having an on‑site laundry facility was very convenient for an extended stay."

"Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, very clean. Not much to do around the immediate area. Wendel Clark's restaurant in the hotel has good food. The lobby has a little market to get snacks, etc. Continental breakfast was good. Close walk to the Tribute Communities Centre, if you're going there for an event."
