「The hotel was not bad, but was also quite a bit dingy-er than we expected. The room was fine, clean etc, just a bit outdated. When we walked in, the desk staff and I couldn't even hear each other because guests in the lounge were drinking and being so loud that we couldn't hear 4 feet from each other.
