「We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, East Greenbush, NY. The staff was friendly. Some areas in the bathroom like toilet and bathtub look outdated. Room was clean. Facilities were nicely kept. Buffet breakfast was a little limited in hot food options; just eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more continental than anything. Gym equipment was a little rusty. There was excessive knocking like 2 hours before checkout time. They came to the room to ask if needed fresh towels and to take garbage out...

「We greatly enjoyed our weekend at the Hotel. The lobby decor and welcoming staff got us off on the right foot. 👌Our room was spacious and clean. The gift shop had some great finds, and the restaurant featured great food and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Berkshires!」

「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Was upgraded to a larger room for no special reason. Very nice proprietor. For budget priced accommodations, this is an excellent value. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.」

「Lovely clean room with a fabulous shower. Tea/coffee available 24 hours with a choice of milks which is great. Refillable glass bottle in the room to collect fresh water which meant no plastic bottles. Plenty of parking, cosy lobby and restaurant food excellent. 」

「The rooms were large and well appointed! You could easily stay for a while and cook in the room. Nice balcony, nice living room area and very comfy bed and pillows. We enjoyed our stay very much」
