"Located near the main train station, thus not the best area, but safe and walking distance to the old town. Hotel itself is great, but the staff and management were even better, very caring and accommodative when we had a maintenance issue with the plumbing."

"Positives Clean room, good breakfast, good location. Negatives The room was very small, with the bed against the wall. This meant one person had no bedside table and had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. The walls were very thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighbouring rooms. The bed was positioned beneath overhead lights, making it uncomfortable to sit up and read. It was also disappointing that tea and coffee facilities were chargeable. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in where I’ve had to pay for a tea bag. That said, the bed was comfortable and we slept reasonably well. Unfortunately, our experience was affected before we arrived. Although we had paid for our stay 10 months in advance, the hotel incorrectly believed we had not prepaid. We provided proof of payment, which was also confirmed by Hotels.com, yet we received no apology for the confusion or the rude messages sent beforehand. The issue was never acknowledged on arrival, leaving us feeling uncomfortable from the outset. During our stay, the hotel contacted us through Hotels.com asking whether we had slept well the first night of our stay. We replied that we could hear guests in the next room. At checkout, we were told a different room had been offered via a message to hotels.com, but no such message appeared in our Hotels.com account, so we never received it. Overall, the room layout, noise levels, communication and customer service detracted from the experience."

"A very nice hotel in central location. Nice and modern and looks to have been refurbished recently. VERY friendly and helpful staff, and a nice breakfast/selection. The only minor negatives I can give is the bed frame being squeaky (not great if one of you shifts around a lot in your sleep) and the pillows being comically thin."

"I loved Eden Hotel Wolff. It was very charming and centrally located being only a 15-minute walk to Munich's old town. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The NH couldn’t be closure to the central station so very easy to get around and only a 15/20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Despite the hotel being next to the tram tracks/station area the room was very quiet, comfortable and easy to relax. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly/professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!"
