"Room was clean, staff was attentive and kind, housekeeping came quick. The only issue we had was the elevator. Took a very long time to get to our floor and when we were on it it would open on random floors and no one was there. "

"Except noisy rooms during our first night, the stay was great and convenient just across from NYC. The staff were very welcoming and professional especially Walid at the front Desk. Parking isn’t very convenient but that’s NY. "

"Doors slam constantly all hours of the night. That was my only real complaint. Shower and shampoo/soaps were wonderful. Water pressure and temp was Great! Shuttle was okay but breakfast doesn’t start until 6am and we needed to be at the airport by then :( so we missed out. "

"The only downfall was very limited parking. That's to be expected in New York I suppose. Subway was close to use so once we found parking we didn't have to move our vehicle"
