The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of our stay were the people we shared our floor who were incredibly loud. Our family had to be up early so that was frustrating. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be in the city. It was our first time in Brooklyn and if we had to come back we would stay here again. We would request a room toward the back of the hotel rather than the street room we had as it was quieter in those rooms.
