「I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「There were homeless people in the lobby during breakfast getting food, and several guests walking around at the dining area without shoes on during breakfast. 」

「The area is very ran down and they charge a two hundred dollar deposit that I did not have at the time. They wouldn’t refund my money so my child and I had to sleep in the car on a frozen night. What a terrible thing to have to go through. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.」
