「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.」

「The area is very ran down and they charge a two hundred dollar deposit that I did not have at the time. They wouldn’t refund my money so my child and I had to sleep in the car on a frozen night. What a terrible thing to have to go through. This establishment should be ashamed of themselves.」
