"Definitely would recommend staying here! They don't have a Check-in desk but it is a hotel connected to an Indian restaurant. And I think the owner's family or staffs live there. "There was an issue with water supply which I was not made aware of at check-in. So in the middle of having a shower having arrived at the hotel after midnight, I suffered 3rd° burn when the cold water supply ran out. The check-in after midnight tinted my stay at the hotel staff member was less than helpful or enthusiastic. Appreciate it was late at night but it’s still a very tired traveller coming into a five star hotel and expected the standard to be five star. When I was asked a check out how my day was I did explain the above and got no apology or any gesture from the morning staff. I stayed at this hotel a few years back on a trip to Munich and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful at the time. I judged my experience this time against that bar."
