「酒店在湖边 万圣节的时候入住 晚上非常冷 房间里暖气毫无反应 和前台沟通几次 才给了解决方案拿了个暖气放房间 房间里比较简单 没有热水壶 没有咖啡机 楼下大厅酒吧装饰还比较温馨 早餐很丰盛 」

「Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen und auch beim weiteren Aufenthalt umsorgt worden. Beim leckeren Frühstück kann man bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse sitzen, mit Blick auf den See. Einfach herrlich!!! Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber mit kleinem Balkon und sehr bequemen Betten. Einen kleinen Pool gibt es ebenfalls. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und können es mit mehr als 100 % weiter empfehlen!!!」

「Since we did not receive any check-in info via hotels.com and access is only possible when given door and room codes, it took phone calls with 3 different people to obtain access codes. We only received an email from hotels.com with no text. Since our rooms were on the third floor, we were totally exhausted each time we had to climb up all those stairs (we are 80 and 72 years old, so that didn’t help!).The bed mattresses need replacing!!」
