「Our room knowingly had an odor issue but we were still given that room. They mentioned they had a guy melt wax and they can’t get the smell out. Also that same room had blood on the curtains. They couldn’t move us because they were full but offered us a minimal amount off, we were there for 4 nights. Really, thanks for nothing. You shouldn’t put people in a room that knowingly smells like that.」

「My only issue was I asked 2 times to have the room made up 1 time was my mistake by asking the wrong person. The second time I asked the desk and it was put on the request list and it didn't get cleaned up.」

「The breakfast was great.」

「Because the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new and the hygiene is good, but it is not equipped with drinking water and coffee machines, and there are no microwave ovens and other basic facilities. The breakfast is also very simple, with little food and poor taste, which is lacking as a three-star hotel.」

「The Breakfast was amazing, The staff was very understanding and kind. I was there because my brother passed away. The coffee omg loved it , Clean bathroom , beautiful bedding , I kept losing my key because of losing my brother and they told me I could come to the desk anytime」

「好像睡在马路边 洗手池味道很臭 报警器好像没电池了 响了一夜」
