「The beds were hard, the A/C. Broke down in middle of night. Handicap room and would not change. The bathroom had an odor. The TV worked some of the time. Will never stay there again. The staff kept saying there was nothing they could do.」

「Shower did not work, phone did not work, pool was not accessible and was told that they were thinking of closing it for good. There were bugs in the bed, and bathroom. There was a strong smell of pot upon entering the room. Do not advise anyone to stay here.」

「They have the very worst breakf that I have ever had in a hotel. Food is not kept hot. Coffee runs out and they don't notice until you tell them and it is not hot. They label the eggs as cage free. But they are powdered eggs. Items run out and they don't notice. The toaster is totally inadequate even for a bagel. There is nothing like a microwave to heat up muffins or any other food. The menu is the same every day. I just don't understand why a Holiday Inn that you would expect to be better...

「The only Hilton that doesnt not offer conditioner. Even budget friendly hotels have it. The breakfast was subpar to say it nicely. Cream cheese galore and no bagels. No muffins or pasteries. The nice gentleman working said they havent received their truck. Regsrdless, we stay Hilton with kids for this reason. Some items to assemble a breakfast sandwhich, not all. No oatmeal. So we had yogurt and juice and a egg patty. Worst breakfast weve had at a Hilton. To top it off, it was on the pricer...
